Wild Indigo Soap Inc. (“Wild Indigo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an Alberta corporation serving customers in Canada and may also conduct business activities in British Columbia. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act and, where applicable, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act.

 

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect only information reasonably needed to operate our business and serve you. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing and shipping addresses, order and delivery information, customer-service communications, account information, reviews or inquiries, and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, website activity, cookies and similar technologies. Payment providers give us transaction and payment-status information. Wild Indigo does not receive or store your complete payment-card number as ordinary readable card data.
