Kitimat: Please email info@wildindigosoap.com before ordering to confirm pickup or local delivery availability, timing and any delivery charge.

Shipping to other locations is planned for later. Pickup details are shared privately after arrangements are confirmed. Please wait for confirmation before coming to collect an order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because our soap, bath and body products are personal-care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If something arrives damaged, is defective or is not the item you ordered, please get in touch so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.

Please email info@wildindigosoap.com with your order number and a photo where possible, ideally within seven days of receiving your order.
